The CTMBuddy mobile application provides comprehensive features for CTM customers. Manage your CTM account effortlessly with features including real-time mobile data, usage, and CTM Wi-Fi monitoring. Conveniently review and pay bills directly through the app. Access and manage your CTM Bonus Points, including checking balances, expiry dates, available rewards, and redemption options. Apply for mobile, internet, and data roaming services online. Utilize the "TicketEasy" feature to track ticket status at CTM shops. Additional conveniences include CTM Wi-Fi auto-configuration, phone and equipment maintenance status checks, detailed information on IDD, local numbers, and roaming services, plus CTM store locators.

Activated CTMBuddy accounts unlock further functionalities. Postpaid users gain access to usage tracking and QR code bill payments, while prepaid users can view remaining usage and expiry dates. Online applications, CTM membership verification, rewards programs, and CTM Wi-Fi password reset/resend options are also available.
