Optris' new IRmobile app transforms smartphones and tablets into powerful infrared temperature measurement analysis tools. Compatible with Optris pyrometers and IR cameras, the app offers seamless monitoring and analysis of infrared data.

This user-friendly app automatically launches upon connecting an Optris device via microUSB or USB-C (with USB-OTG support) to most Android devices running version 12 or higher. A built-in simulator lets users explore app features even without a connected device.

Key features include adjustable temperature units, zoomable temperature-time diagrams, live infrared imaging with hot/cold spot detection, and more. Supported devices include Optris pyrometers (Compact, high-performance series, and videothermometers) and PI/Xi series IR cameras. Recommended smartphones for IR camera use are listed below:
