HBOは、今年4月にUSシーズン2の最後のプレミアを大いに期待していました！ 4月13日日曜日の午後9時（ET/PT）にカレンダーをマークし、MAXで同時にストリーミングします。この7エピソードシーズンは、ジョエルとエリーの旅のスリリングな継続を約束します。

Set five years after the events of Season 1, the story picks up with Joel, Ellie, and Tommy residing in their Montana commune. Season 2 adapts the narrative of The Last of Us Part II , so familiarity with the game is recommended for a deeper understanding of the unfolding events.

Returning are Pedro Pascal as Joel and Bella Ramsey as Ellie, joined by a stellar cast of newcomers: Kaitlyn Dever as Abby, Isabela Merced as Dina, Merle Dandridge as Marlene, Lamar Johnson as Frank, Keivonn Woodard as Sam, Graham Greene as Marlon, and Melanie Lynskey as Kathleen. Tati Gabrielle takes on the role of Nora. Gabrielle will also star in Naughty Dog's upcoming game, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet .

Francesca Orsi, from HBO, has hinted at a potential four-season run for the series, indicating that this season won't encompass the entirety of the game's story.
