The dm app offers a convenient and feature-rich shopping experience available throughout Germany. Manage your shopping, access Glückskind and PAYBACK services, and keep track of all your coupons – all in one place. Simply log in with your existing dm account for a personalized experience.

1. Download the dm app to your smartphone.
2. Log in with your dm account or create a new one.

Key Features:

Effortless Browsing:

Quickly browse the dm product range using the search function, product categories, or by scanning barcodes. View past purchases, add items to your wish list, or start shopping immediately.

Find Your Nearest dm:

Use the integrated store locator to find nearby dm stores and access their service information. Save your preferred store for quick access and view both online and in-store stock levels for selected products. Utilize express pickup for your shopping cart from your saved store.

Centralized Coupon Management:

The "Coupons" section provides a clear overview of all current dm, Glückskind, and PAYBACK coupons. Tap on a coupon for details.

One App, Multiple Services:

Activate and redeem coupons easily within the app, whether shopping in-store or online.

Coupon Redemption:

• In-store: Scan your QR code (located in "My Account") at the checkout.
• Online (dm.de): Activated coupons automatically apply to your online cart. Unused coupons remain active for future purchases.

Personalized "My Account" Section:

Access Glückskind and PAYBACK services, view your purchase history with product recommendations, and earn PAYBACK points with every purchase. Your customer card and help resources are also conveniently located here.
