Battle Crush Announces EOS Just Few Months After Early Access Launch

NCSoft's Multiplayer MOBA, Battle Crush, is shutting down. This is unexpected, especially given the game's relatively recent early access release in June 2024 and global test in August 2023. The game's journey is ending sooner than anticipated.

Battle Crush End of Service (EOS) Date:

The official shutdown date is November 29th, 2024. In-game purchases are no longer available. However, players who made purchases between June 27th, 2024, and October 23rd, 2024, are eligible for a refund.

Refunds for Android and Steam players can be requested from December 2nd, 2024, to January 2025. Ensure you download any desired content before November 28th, 2024, as the game will become inaccessible afterward.

The official website will remain online until May 30th, 2025, for support purposes. Social media and Discord will be discontinued on January 31st, 2025.

Was the Shutdown Surprising?

The announcement is undoubtedly disappointing for players who invested time and effort into Battle Crush. While enjoyable, the game's gameplay suffered from occasional clunkiness and pacing issues, preventing it from reaching its full potential. This ultimately contributed to its premature closure.

You can still experience Battle Crush on the Google Play Store before the shutdown. Alternatively, stay tuned for our next article covering the story-driven Autumn Season quests in Black Desert Mobile.
