Larian Studios recently unveiled a 52-second cinematic trailer on X (formerly Twitter), showcasing this sinister conclusion. The preview focuses on the Dark Urge, highlighting the consequences of a completely evil playthrough.

The trailer depicts the grim fate of the Dark Urge's companions as they witness their leader succumb to Bhaal's influence, seizing control of the Netherbrain. The Dark Urge's companions become tragic victims, mind-controlled and forced to their deaths. A chilling narration declares, "Time for the final act. Your tragedy has become mankind's," before the Dark Urge suffers a similar fate.

This is just one of several new evil endings promised in Patch 7. Larian's April community update announced "improved evil endings for even darker conclusions to your most sinister playthroughs," accessible even without playing as the Dark Urge. Previously teased endings included the Dark Urge amidst a sea of blood and corpses, and a town consumed by "sheer mindless bliss" under the True Absolute.

Patch 7 is a substantial update, including:
