Castle Duels: Tower Defense 3.0 Global Launch: New Clans, Tournaments, and Unit Overhauls!

The highly anticipated update 3.0 for Castle Duels: Tower Defense is finally here, bringing the game to players worldwide after a successful soft launch in select regions in June 2024. This major update introduces exciting new features, challenges, and adventures.

What's New in Castle Duels: Tower Defense 3.0?

The biggest addition is the introduction of clans, allowing players to team up, trade units, share rewards, and purchase items from a dedicated clan store. Clan functionality unlocks at Arena 2.

For PvP enthusiasts, training battles provide a perfect arena to hone your skills.

Another exciting addition is the Clan Tournament, a competition where teams of five clans battle for supremacy by completing daily quests. Participation requires reaching Arena 5.

Unit Overhauls and Name Changes

Several units have received significant tweaks and name changes:

• Raphael is now Angel, focusing on health restoration rather than damage boosts.
• Knight of Light is now Risen.
• Forestlord is now Woodbeard.
• Riding Hood is now a damage-dealing unit with long-range attacks.
• Golem's ability range has been reduced to better suit its melee role.
• Fighter now takes on a defensive role with a new opponent-repelling ability.

Several units (Pirate, Alchemist, Poison Frog, Combat Engineer, and Vampire) have also received visual updates, particularly noticeable at higher merge ranks.
