Crunchyroll Releases "White Day: A Labyrinth Named School" Worldwide

Korean survival horror classic White Day: A Labyrinth Named School has arrived in the Crunchyroll Game Vault for Android. This remake of the cult-favorite 2001 PC title delivers an intense, atmospheric experience. It first launched on mobile in South Korea back in November 2015.

Globally, the 2015 mobile version was known as White Day: The School. It was co-developed by ROI Games (Sonnori) and Gachyon Soft. The title later received a PC and PlayStation 4 port in 2017, which was published in Western markets by PQube.

White Day: A Labyrinth Named School is a survival horror video game

You are trapped overnight inside a haunted high school, forced to survive using only your flashlight and your wits. Assuming the role of new student Hee-Min Lee, you sneak into Yeondu High at night to deliver a gift to your crush.

Suddenly, the school locks down, plunging you into a terrifying nightmare. You must evade a murderous janitor and vengeful spirits while uncovering the building's dark secrets, solving intricate puzzles, and desperately searching for a way to escape.

Eschewing combat and cheap jump scares, White Day builds fear through relentless tension and oppressive atmosphere. You'll navigate pitch-black hallways illuminated only by your flashlight beam. With puzzle solutions that change on each playthrough, you can't rely on memory or walkthroughs for safety.

It Has Multiple Endings

The story features nine distinct endings, determined by the relationships you form with other trapped students. Your decisions to save, ignore, or sacrifice them will drastically alter the narrative and the horrors you ultimately confront.

The game offers well-optimized touch controls and full support for Bluetooth controllers. If you're a Crunchyroll subscriber, you can download it for free from the Google Play Store.
