Master the Fountain of Confession Puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

This guide details how to solve the intricate Fountain of Confession puzzle within the Vatican section of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, unlocking the secrets of the giants. Remember to photograph all inscriptions and imagery for Adventure Points!

Accessing the Puzzle:

After completing the Sacred Wounds puzzle, use your journal map to locate the Fountain of Confession in the external courtyard.

Phase 1: The Dragon Statues:

1. Retrieve the fountain key from the chest near the construction area.
2. Access the storage room and use your whip to reach the rooftop.
3. Swing to the second dragon statue and use its claw to activate a lever.
4. Rotate the statue to face the opposite dragon. Repeat this process on the other statue, noting the missing claw.
5. Retrieve the fallen claw from the scaffolding.

6. Replace the claw and rotate the statues to face each other. This rotates the central fountain statue.

Phase 2: The Wall Puzzles:

1. Use your whip to pull the fountain statue, revealing a gate blocked by three statues and a lever.
2. Indy and Gina activate the lever, revealing the first wall puzzle (baptism scene).

3. Position the larger male statue under the water bucket, activate the water mechanism, and "baptize" the smaller statue.

4. Reactivate the lever to reveal the second puzzle (angel path). Manipulate the stone layers using the handles to move the angel to the right.

5. Push the remaining central statue through the gate to open the spiral stairway.
