Bart Bonte's latest brain teaser, simply titled "Purple," is now available on Google Play and the App Store. This microgame collection, part of a color-themed series, challenges players with over 50 unique puzzles.
Following the color-naming convention of its predecessors (Yellow, Red, Black, Blue, Green, Pink, and Orange), "Purple" offers a series of short, self-contained puzzles. These range from simple tasks like aligning numbers to navigating mazes, emphasizing quick thinking and inventive solutions over complex mechanics. The trailer showcases several examples of the diverse puzzle types.

The game's visual style is striking, utilizing a consistent purple palette and a custom soundtrack to create a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing experience. The overall design evokes an Art Nouveau feel.
While the premise might seem simplistic, "Purple" offers a charming and addictive puzzle experience. Its short, engaging puzzles, combined with its pleasing visuals and soundtrack, make it a compelling title. Whether it will achieve the award-winning success of Bonte's previous games remains to be seen.
