In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, food poisoning is a serious threat. This guide explains how to cure it and prevent it in the future.
Curing Food Poisoning:
The only cure for food poisoning is a digestive potion. These can be purchased from most apothecaries, including those in Troskowitz, Trosky Castle, and the Nomads' Camp. They're relatively inexpensive.
Alternatively, you can craft your own digestive potions. This is a more sustainable solution. The recipe requires two thistles, two nettles, water, and one charcoal. The brewing process involves boiling the thistles in water, adding the ground nettles, and finally the ground charcoal. Bozhena's hut is recommended for potion brewing to avoid angering apothecaries.
Preventing Food Poisoning:
To avoid food poisoning, only consume food items with a white Freshness meter in your inventory. Red indicates a high risk of food poisoning. Consider using perks to slow food spoilage, or preserving food through cooking or drying.
This information should help you survive the perils of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Check out The Escapist for more game tips, including romance options and goat skin locations.
