NetEase has announced the end-of-service (EOS) for their popular mobile horror game, Dead by Daylight Mobile. After a four-year run on Android, the game will officially shut down. This mobile adaptation of Behaviour Interactive's successful title, initially released on PC in June 2016, launched in April 2020. However, the PC and console versions will remain operational.
Dead by Daylight Mobile offered a thrilling 4v1 asymmetrical horror experience. Players could choose to be a Killer, sacrificing Survivors to The Entity, or a Survivor, desperately trying to evade capture.
Dead by Daylight Mobile's Final Curtain:
The official EOS date is March 20th, 2025. The game will be removed from app stores on January 16th, 2025, preventing new downloads. Existing players can continue playing until the March 20th shutdown. NetEase will provide details regarding refunds, adhering to regional regulations, on January 16th, 2025.
Players seeking to continue their Dead by Daylight experience can transition to the PC or console versions. A welcome package awaits those making the switch, and loyalty rewards will be granted for in-app purchases or accumulated XP on the mobile platform.
Don't miss your chance to experience Dead by Daylight Mobile before its servers go offline. Download it from the Google Play Store now!
