Yuji Nakao, Producer and Director from PlatinumGames, explains the decision to introduce a new protagonist: to broaden the series' appeal to new players while ensuring long-time fans remain engaged. Ryu Hayabusa remains a crucial part of the story, serving as a formidable challenge and mentor for Yakumo. Rest assured, Ryu will also be playable.

Evolved Combat: Raven Style and Bloodbind Ninjutsu Nue Style

Ninja Gaiden 4 retains the series' signature breakneck speed and brutal combat. Yakumo boasts two distinct fighting styles: Raven Style and the new Bloodbind Ninjutsu Nue Style. Team Ninja's Director, Masazaku Hirayama, assures fans that despite the differences, the action remains true to the Ninja Gaiden spirit.
