How to Obtain Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2

Defeating Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss, offers a chance to acquire the Hand of Wisdom and Action. Xesht resides within the Twisted Domain, accessible through the Realmgate on the Atlas using a Breachstone.

Locate the Realmgate near the Atlas's starting point. Click the home icon on the Atlas for easy identification.

Alternatively, the Path of Exile 2 official trading website offers HoWA, but at a significant cost; even poorly rolled pairs command multiple divines.

Acquiring a Breachstone in PoE 2

Two methods exist for obtaining a Breachstone:

• Breach Splinter Combination: Farming Breach map nodes yields Breach Splinters. While common, accumulating 300 requires extensive farming. Combine a stack of 300 to create a Breachstone.
• Currency Exchange: Alva's in-game Currency Exchange allows purchasing Breach Splinters and Breachstones. Expect to pay approximately 50-60 Exalted Orbs per Breachstone, though prices fluctuate.

Can Orb of Chance Yield Hand of Wisdom and Action?

No. Hand of Wisdom and Action is a unique drop from Xesht, not part of the regular loot pool (unlike Astramentis, Headhunter, or Polcirkeln). Therefore, using an Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps will not produce it.
