Pokémon Go introduces a new "Grow Together" ticket to accelerate player progress. Priced at $4.99, this limited-time ticket offers a significant XP boost and additional rewards.
This boost, available from July 17th to September 3rd, 2024, provides 5x XP for the first daily PokéStop spin and includes a Premium Timed Research task. This research unlocks premium items and encounters with Pokémon possessing unique evolution criteria. Players can also gift tickets to close friends (Great Friends or higher), and online PokéStore purchases receive two bonus eggs.
Is it worth the cost?
The ticket's exclusivity to real-money purchase (no PokéCoins accepted) may be a deterrent for some. However, it presents a straightforward method for rapid leveling and content access. The ultimate value depends on individual player commitment to Pokémon Go.
