Old School RuneScape's Royal Titans update delivers a double boss battle! Face off against Brandr, the Fire Queen, and Eldric, the King of Frost, simultaneously in a thrilling three-way conflict within the Asgarnian Ice Cave.

This epic encounter requires strategic gear choices to exploit elemental weaknesses. Conquer these titans solo or in duos to earn coveted rewards, including the Twinflame Staff and the Giantsoul Amulet – offering instant teleportation to all three giant bosses.

Beyond the Boss Fight:

Victory over the Royal Titans also yields Prayer Scrolls, Desiccated Pages, and a unique Fire & Ice giant pet. A new Slayer Alternative Task provides an additional avenue to gain Slayer XP while engaging fire or ice giant Slayer tasks.
