Soshiro Hoshina Joins Kaiju No. 8 Mobile Game

Kaiju No. 8 The Game has introduced Soshiro Hoshina as a new playable 5-star character. His in-game debut coincides with his pivotal story arc in Episode 22 of the anime, which premiered on September 20th.

Soshiro Hoshina serves as the vice-captain of the Defense Force's Third Division and is a scion of the esteemed Hoshina Family. True to his portrayal in the anime, where he battled alongside Kaiju No. 10, he wields the Identified Kaiju Weapon Numbers 10 within the game.

The [United Front] Soshiro Hoshina banner also offers a chance to obtain the 5-star weapon SW-Susanoo. This pair of twin swords is a perfect match for his swift and precise combat technique.

Additionally, the developers have expanded the game's lore with a new character chapter in the Story section. This narrative follows Hoshina's personal challenge as he contends with a weapon possessing its own formidable will.
