Supercell's new MMORPG, mo.co, is now soft-launched on Android, inviting players on a thrilling monster-hunting adventure. However, access is currently limited to those with an invite.
How to Get In:
Supercell's launch strategy is unique. While the game is available on the Google Play Store, you'll need an invite code to play. Downloading the game is the first step; the code is required after installation.
For the initial 48 hours, content creators are distributing time-limited codes (initially expiring after 20 minutes, then extending to 24 hours). After this period, you'll need to register on the official website and hope for an invite. Reaching level 5 in-game will grant you the ability to invite others.
The good news? Your progress will carry over to the full release, making this more than just a beta test. To get a feel for the game, check out Supercell's latest mo.co trailer:
What's the Game About?
mo.co offers a fast-paced, arcade-style take on monster hunting, more accessible than titles like Monster Hunter. As a hunter, you'll track and eliminate Chaos Monsters—creatures from parallel worlds invading Earth.
Combat is isometric hack-and-slash, letting you unleash combos, utilize gadgets, and upgrade your gear to conquer formidable threats. PvP modes include free-for-all and team-based battles.
Importantly, mo.co avoids pay-to-win mechanics. Supercell confirms that monetization is purely cosmetic, focusing on outfits and accessories; no pay-to-win advantages here.
