A long-awaited Christmas miracle has arrived for Team Fortress 2 fans! Valve has unexpectedly released a new comic for the popular team-based shooter. The announcement appeared on the official game website.
Titled "The Days Have Worn Away," this is the seventh numbered issue and the 29th overall, marking a significant event given the seven-year gap since the last release in 2017.
Valve playfully acknowledged the extended wait, likening the comic's creation to the building of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. They humorously pointed out that while the original builders didn't live to see its completion, TF2 players "only" had to wait seven years.

The new comic provides a satisfying conclusion to the storyline, leading many to believe it will be the final installment. This speculation is fueled by a tweet from Erik Wolpaw, hinting at a "very last meeting" for the TF2 comic series. While the wait was extensive, players can now enjoy a satisfying narrative closure and a dose of festive cheer.
