Heartfelt Thoughts are acquired exclusively through completing the Phantom Trial: Wish Master Chigda in the Realm of Breakthrough. This trial requires 60 Vital Energy per attempt and rewards one Heartfelt Thought upon successful completion.

The Realm of Breakthrough, and consequently the Wish Master Chigda trial, unlocks after completing Chapter 7 of the main story. While not needed before this point, this information is included for completeness.

It's crucial to understand that the Realm of Breakthrough, including all its trials, resets weekly. Players can only obtain one Heartfelt Thought per week. Therefore, evolving the Wishful Aurosa to its maximum potential (requiring 21 Heartfelt Thoughts across three evolutions) will take a considerable amount of time – approximately 21 weeks or five months of consistent participation.
