Remedy Entertainment's Alan Wake 2 celebrates its first anniversary with a major free update launching October 22nd, alongside the Lake House DLC. This Anniversary Update significantly expands accessibility options and incorporates much-requested quality-of-life improvements.

Anniversary Update Highlights:
The update adds numerous accessibility features, including infinite ammo and one-hit kills, catering to a wider range of players. PS5 players will also experience enhanced DualSense controller functionality with haptic feedback for healing items and throwable objects. Horizontal axis inversion is another welcome addition.

Remedy actively gathered player feedback post-launch, resulting in numerous quality-of-life improvements included in this update. These changes range from gameplay tweaks to overall user experience enhancements.
