Black Border 2 Drops Update 2.1 with New Features and Emotes

With the launch of Update 2.1, Black Border 2 continues to evolve, building on the foundation laid by the significant Update 2.0. Though not as expansive as its predecessor, Update 2.1 introduces a host of new features and responds directly to player feedback, enhancing the gaming experience.

What’s New in Update 2.1 of Black Border 2?

A key highlight of Update 2.1 is the introduction of five new wanted characters, available at level 36. These aren't your typical travelers; they're likely to cause trouble, so it's crucial to apprehend them before they escape. Vigilance is key, as failing to catch one could have consequences.

Interactions at the border have also become more dynamic. New emotes have been added, allowing the characters you interrogate to display a broader range of emotions and behaviors, from charming and pleading to outright frustration.

The bribery system has been refined. Now, bribes will only appear after you reject a character's request, making your decisions more impactful and strategic.

A small yet significant update includes instant base rewards. When you build something, you'll receive your rewards immediately, without any waiting period.

Lastly, the game's audio and visual elements have been enhanced. New sound effects for actions like stamping and handling documents, along with fresh animations for warning papers, vehicle spins, and manual inspections, add to the immersion.

More Is Coming Soon!

The developers are not resting on their laurels. They're already hard at work on Update 2.2, which will introduce an exciting new Story Mode. Additionally, Black Border 2 is set to expand its reach with an official development for the Nintendo Switch. You can experience the latest updates by downloading the game from the Google Play Store.
