Keep Shadowheart in your party (highly recommended).

Special Notes:

Under certain circumstances, Shadowheart may end the relationship if you pursue other romantic interests. It's unclear what triggers this, so caution is advised, especially in Honor Mode.

Romancing Gale:

Rescue Gale from the portal.

Romancing Astarion:
