Starting the Quest:

Once you've finished the tutorial and gained access to the open world, locate the scribe Gaibl in Troskowitz. He will provide you with a riddle and the smithing recipe for Brunswick's polearm. You'll need to gather the necessary materials yourself to craft the weapon at a blacksmith's forge.

Solving the Riddle:

The riddle reads:

"Take your leave of crone and maiden, standing tall behind the gates, boldly go towards true midnight, in caverns cold your prize awaits. Pass through the hall of forest kings, hidden deep from hunters’ gaze, standing tall two guards of stone, behind who yearned for treasure lays. Between then stands a mighty rock, a subtle niche yet deeper still, a place to give one’s heart to God, behold my armour gleaming still."

To solve it:

1. Exit Trosky Castle through the northern gates.
2. Head north, entering the forest.
3. Look for rocky formations with small crevices on the left side of the path.
4. Proceed through these formations to a cave containing a chapel.
5. Examine the cross near the rock to find the first piece of Brunswick's armor and two treasure maps.

Treasure Map Locations:

The maps lead to the remaining pieces of Brunswick's armor:

Map 1: Follow the road west from the chapel to a crossroads. Head north into the woods to a wolf den; the armor is in a bag near the trees above the den.

Map 2: Travel to the Vidlak Pond outpost. Behind the fisherman's house, find a large rock formation along the cliffs. A chest containing armor is near a cross atop the rocks.

Map 3: Fast travel to Zhelejov. Leave the tavern, cross two bridges toward Tachov. Take a small path leading to the river and forest after the second bridge. Follow this path to a hill; the armor is in a bag near a large tree at the hill's summit.

Map 4: Travel to the hill between the Nomads' Camp and Bozhena's Hut. Locate rocks with a cross; the final piece of Brunswick's armor is there.
