Activision has officially announced the release date for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone's much-anticipated Season 3, set to launch on April 3. This date comes a bit later than many players had anticipated, as the current Battle Pass countdown hinted at a reset on March 20. Despite the delay, the excitement for Season 3 remains high, especially with the long-awaited return of the beloved Verdansk map teased for this spring. Just yesterday, a pop-up in the Call of Duty shop hinted at "The Verdansk Collection" arriving on March 10, suggesting the map's imminent return.
While we await more details on Season 3 next week, which are expected to coincide with the launch of "The Verdansk Collection" on the 10th, players can continue enjoying Season 2. This season has already brought a wealth of new content, including five new multiplayer maps, the return of the fan-favorite Gun Game mode, new weapons and operators, and a thrilling Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover event. Stay tuned for more updates as we approach the exciting developments in Season 3.
