Dead Island 2's Patch 6 introduces thrilling new game modes and content! This update adds a challenging New Game Plus (NG+) mode, new zombie types, and a unique horde mode. Let's dive in.

Dead Island 2: New Zombie-Slaying Challenges
Patch 6 unleashes New Game Plus, allowing players to restart their campaign with increased difficulty, retaining their inventory and character level. Expect three extra skill slots, a higher level cap, fresh weapons and skins, and tougher foes.

Introducing the Revenants: powerful Apex zombie variants with enhanced abilities designed for a significant challenge. Developers promise a difficulty level cranked up to eleven! To counter this increased threat, all weapons in NG+ are more potent, with a greater selection of fixed-rarity weapons to discover.
The update also introduces "Neighborhood Watch," a blend of horde and tower defense modes. Players must defend their base over five in-game days, completing objectives and battling waves of enemies to earn valuable gear.
