To equip your torch, access your inventory. First, equip a pouch. Then, select the torch and equip it. Exiting the inventory, press and hold the down directional pad (D-pad) to activate the torch (consoles). PC players should press the 'R' key.

A red shield icon next to the torch in your inventory confirms it's equipped. Remember, torches have a limited burn time; keep spares handy.

Note: Simultaneous torch and weapon use is possible, but only with one-handed weapons. Two-handed weapons or shields are incompatible with torch use.
