A Cultural Fusion: Traditional Arts Meet Modern Gaming

The National Bunraku Theater, a renowned Osaka-based troupe celebrating its 40th anniversary, created a special Bunraku show for the game's launch. Bunraku, a form of Japanese puppet theater using large puppets and a three-stringed samisen, provided a captivating backdrop for the game's narrative. Custom puppets depicting Soh and the Maiden, the game's protagonists, were crafted for the production, titled "Ceremony of the Deity: The Maiden's Destiny," masterfully brought to life by puppeteer Kanjuro Kiritake.

"Bunraku's origins are in Osaka, much like Capcom's," Kiritake commented. "This collaboration felt like a natural extension, a chance to share our art with the world."
