Monster Hunter Now has just released an exciting seasonal update for the 2025 Spring Festival, running from April 14th to April 27th. This event introduces a host of new content, including fresh gear and the debut of a formidable new monster.
The new monster making its debut is the Ebony Odogaron, which is far more aggressive than its standard counterpart. Unlike a mere reskin, the Ebony Odogaron is distinguished by the black smoke it emits from its mouth, and it can be encountered in diverse environments such as forests, deserts, swamps, and tundra. This monster has a fiercer disposition and a larger roaming area, making for a challenging battle. During the Monster Hunter Now Spring Festival 2025, you'll also encounter the familiar Kulu-Ya-Ku alongside other returning monsters, all part of the event's special quests.
During the festival, players can collect Spring and Rainbow Eggs by defeating monsters or participating in special Hunt-a-thons. These eggs can be traded at the Event Exchange Hub for fantastic items, adding an extra layer of excitement to the event.
The festivities ramp up on April 18th with the introduction of Giant Egg Toys in Hunt-a-thons. Breaking these toys will reward you with a substantial amount of exchangeable Eggs, further enhancing your event experience.
Throughout the event, there will be limited-time quests offering exclusive rewards. Completing these quests can earn you the Spring Festival 2025 medal, a special Guild Card background, and tickets for Spring 2025 Armor and Weapons. Additionally, there are Spring-themed equipment packs available, making this the perfect time to dive into the festivities by updating Monster Hunter Now from the Google Play Store.
