The expansive world of Monster Hunter Wilds is not only vast but also remarkably interconnected, as demonstrated by a dedicated player's epic journey across its zones. On the Monster Hunter subreddit, user -BrotherPig- shared a captivating video that chronicles their adventure from the starting zone, the Windward Plains, all the way to the peaks of the game's later areas. This journey, which spans from sandy dunes to the final locales, is a testament to the seamless connectivity of the game's world. Be warned, though, as the video contains spoilers for those who haven't yet completed the campaign.
Did you know there's only 1 loading screen between the Plains and Suja? 9min ride through all zones.

The journey is impressively long, highlighting the interconnectedness of the zones. There's just one loading screen encountered, roughly halfway through the trip, as the traveler transitions from the Oilwell Basin to the Iceshard Cliffs. This seamless run showcases the dedication of the presumably exhausted Seikret making the trek.
While Monster Hunter Wilds does feature loading screens, such as those for entering the training grounds, fast traveling, or joining a friend's quest, the overall connectivity is striking. This journey has given many players, including myself, a newfound appreciation for the intricate corridors and passages that weave through the Forbidden Lands.
The game's allure, as noted by a series producer, lies in its compelling story, immersive world, and cross-play capabilities. Players continue to uncover new discoveries and enjoy the innovative ways Wilds integrates the series' systems into its open world. Whether you're drawn to the story, the exploration, or the multiplayer aspects, there's plenty to keep you engaged until the first Title Update in April.

IGN's review of Monster Hunter Wilds awarded it an 8/10, praising the game for refining the series' mechanics in smart ways, resulting in highly enjoyable combat, though noting a lack of significant challenge.
