Mortal Kombat Mobile Marks 10 Years with New Diamond, Gold Characters

Mortal Kombat Mobile is celebrating a monumental milestone—its 10th anniversary! Warner Bros. International and NetherRealm Studios are rolling out a massive update on March 25th, packed with new fighters, a revamped Faction Wars mode, a new challenge tower, and heaps of anniversary rewards. Celebrate 10 Years of Brutal, Fast-Paced Kombat!

The spotlight of the 10th anniversary update is the introduction of MK1 Geras as a new diamond-tier fighter. With an arsenal of abilities including power absorption, healing, and damage reflection, Geras is set to shake up the battlefield. To add him to your roster, you'll need to dive into the Realm Klash rewards or progress through the Kombat Pass.

Joining the fray is Klassic Skarlet, the first gold-tier fighter capable of ascending to Level 5. Armed with unblockable attacks, a new Gash debuff, and the ability to steal blood droplets from foes, she's a formidable addition. You can unlock her through either the Premium Plus Kombat Pass or the regular Kombat Pass.

Faction Wars is getting a fresh coat of paint and a new name: Realm Klash. Players can now choose from five different realms and compete to earn Realm Points over two-week seasons, moving beyond just battling for Blood Rubies.

The anniversary update introduces new ranks to Mortal Kombat Mobile—Elder God, God, and Demi God. Blood Ruby Packs now feature fresh Kameo offers alongside MK1 Geras rewards. The mode has also received a visual overhaul, new banners, leaderboards, and patches for old exploits.

New Challenges Await in the Mortal Kombat Mobile 10th Anniversary

The new Tower of Time is an extreme test, running as a limited-time event for two weeks with only 50 floors. Players can collect seven new Tower of Time equipment pieces, with MK1 Smoke and MK1 Geras getting their own Brutality equipment sets. A Fusion Boost modifier also helps balance your team by powering up the lowest fused card.

Alongside the new tower, the Klassic Tower, Dark Queen’s Tower, and Black Dragon Tower are making a comeback, offering more challenges for players to conquer.

To celebrate this big anniversary, starting April 1st, you'll receive a free copy of each character featured in the anniversary promo every day for 10 days. Additionally, three gold-tier fighters—Lizard Jade, Edenian Blood Sindel, and Klassic Smoke—are now eligible for ascension, adding to the excitement.
