Netflix has announced that Squid Game Season 3 will premiere on June 27, 2025. Accompanying this announcement is a new poster and several images offering a tantalizing glimpse into the fate of the surviving players.
Picking up where Season 2 left off, Season 3 delves into Gi-hun's (Lee Jung-jae) agonizing choices amidst overwhelming despair. The Front Man (Lee Byung-hun) plots his next move, and the surviving players face increasingly dire consequences with each deadly game. Netflix promises a season that pushes the boundaries of suspense and drama.
Squid Game Season 2 achieved phenomenal success, becoming the third most-watched season on Netflix ever, with 68 million views upon its debut—a record-breaking premiere week—and ranking #1 in the Top 10 TV Series (Non-English) list across 92 countries.
