Warped Wire is a rare drop from stacked bipedal machines. These enemies are uncommon, except for one specific area. Fast travel to the Desert Camp access point. Proceed along the path towards the main desert. Before reaching the open desert, you'll traverse mountainous terrain following a pipe through some ruins. This area reliably spawns multiple stacked machines.
