The highly anticipated addition to the Phantom Blade ARPG series, Phantom Blade Zero, developed by S-Game, is rumored to be targeting a release in the fall of 2026. This exciting news comes from the well-known video game content creator and YouTuber, JorRaptor, who recently shared his hands-on experience with the game. In his video, JorRaptor mentioned that S-Game hinted at a release window more than two years from now, suggesting a launch around the end of summer or fall of 2026.
While JorRaptor's insights have sparked considerable interest among fans, it's crucial to remember that S-Game has not officially confirmed any release date or window for Phantom Blade Zero. Since the game's initial reveal over a year ago, the developer has kept details about the timeline under wraps.
Phantom Blade Zero is currently being developed for the PS5 and PC. Since its development began in 2022, the game has garnered attention for its action-packed gameplay and distinctive ancient world art style.
Throughout the summer, demos of Phantom Blade Zero have been showcased at various gaming events, including Summer Game Fest in June and ChinaJoy in Shanghai at the end of July. S-Game has confirmed their participation in Gamescom, scheduled from August 21-25, where they will offer demo playthroughs of the game. Following Gamescom, the demo will also be featured at the Tokyo Game Show at the end of September.
While JorRaptor's information is intriguing, it's wise to approach it with caution. However, with S-Game set to attend Gamescom later this month, fans can look forward to potentially more concrete details about the game's release and development progress being unveiled soon.
