Plantoons: Transform Your Backyard into a Battle Arena!
Indie developer Theo Clarke's new game, Plantoons, lets you wage war in your own garden. Think Plants vs. Zombies, but with a unique twist and quirky gameplay.
The Plantoons Gameplay:
Your garden transforms into a gladiatorial arena where plants fight waves of mischievous weeds. Forget passive plant placement; you'll level up and upgrade your leafy warriors to withstand increasingly aggressive weed invasions.
The game starts with selecting a plant from your arsenal and strategically positioning it on the battlefield. Your objective: repel the relentless weed onslaught. (Thankfully, these weeds seem less terrifying than their zombie counterparts!)
As you progress, you'll earn reward cards to enhance your plant army. Boost attack power, strengthen defenses, or increase pollen production. Experiment with plant placement to create the ultimate defensive line.
Each plant boasts unique abilities and stats. Complete challenges to expand your deck in the Card Bank, allowing for personalized strategic customization.
