New Pokémon TCG Expansion Arrives with Trading Feature

Pokémon TCG Pocket's highly anticipated trading feature arrives January 29th! A brand-new expansion, Space-Time Smackdown, follows on January 30th.

The trading feature allows players to exchange rare cards with friends, adding a layer of social interaction mirroring the physical card game. Trade hourglasses and tokens will facilitate these exchanges.

Space-Time Smackdown introduces beloved Pokémon from the Sinnoh region. Two new digital booster packs feature the legendary Dialga and Palkia.

Beyond the legendaries, popular Pokémon like Lucario and the Sinnoh starter trio (Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup) join the roster. These are obtainable through Wonder Pick and standard booster packs.

This update is expected to be well-received, particularly for the inclusion of long-awaited Pokémon. However, initial concerns regarding the trading mechanics exist, highlighting the importance of ongoing adjustments to ensure a smooth user experience.
