Voltorb (#100): This Kanto region Electric-type Pokémon evolves into Electrode. Catching Voltorb yields 3 candies and 100 Stardust. Its max CP is 1141, with 109 Attack and 111 Defense. Voltorb is weak against Ground-type attacks (160% damage) but resists Electric, Flying, and Steel-type attacks (63% damage). Hisuian Voltorb (#100): Also from Kanto, this Electric-type variant of Voltorb evolves into Hisuian Electrode. It offers the same catch rewards as Voltorb (3 candies and 100 Stardust) and shares the same max CP, Attack, and Defense stats. However, Hisuian Voltorb's type matchups differ slightly. It takes increased damage from Bug, Fire, Ice, and Poison-type attacks (160% damage), while resisting Grass, Steel, and Water-type attacks (63% damage) and Electric-type attacks (39% damage). Its best moveset is Tackle and Thunderbolt (5.39 DPS, 37.60 TDO), receiving weather boosts in partly cloudy and rainy conditions. Look for the black shiny Hisuian Voltorb!
