Pokémon Event: Snake Mass Outbreak Strikes

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Snake-Themed Mass Outbreak Event

A special Mass Outbreak event is underway in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, celebrating the Year of the Snake! Until January 12th, trainers can encounter increased numbers of Silicobra, Ekans, and Seviper, with boosted Shiny Pokémon encounter rates.

This event follows the recent Shiny Rayquaza Tera Raid, a fitting end to the Year of the Dragon. The Snakelike Mass Outbreak offers another exciting opportunity for players to add these serpentine Pokémon to their collections.

The event, running from January 9th, 7:00 PM Eastern to January 12th, 6:59 PM Eastern, sees Silicobra appearing across Paldea, Ekans in Kitakami, and Seviper in the Terarium. Pokémon levels range from 10 to 65, scaling with player progression. Access the event via the in-game Poke Portal News.
