Clone Hero streamer and content creator CarnyJared has achieved a monumental feat by securing a full combo (FC) on DragonForce's iconic Guitar Hero 3 track, "Through the Fire and Flames," at a staggering 200% speed. This remarkable accomplishment was captured and shared with the world on February 27, 2025, marking the culmination of a nine-month journey dedicated to mastering all 3,722 notes without a single miss.
In the video's description, CarnyJared expressed his gratitude, stating, “IT. IS. OVER.” He credits his success to the unwavering support from his fans on Twitch and YouTube, acknowledging their role in his journey. "I am rightfully thankful for everybody that has supported me throughout this ridiculous grind. I have the best supporters on the entire platform of Twitch and YouTube," he shared.
The complexity of "Through the Fire and Flames" at regular speed is already daunting, but CarnyJared's performance at 200% speed is nothing short of extraordinary. Completing the seven-and-a-half-minute song in just over three minutes is a testament to his dedication and skill. His on-screen statistics highlight the challenge, with nearly 2,000 FCs past the first bridge, 662 past the second, and only 227 reaching the solo section. This successful run marks only the fourth time CarnyJared has conquered the solo at this speed.
Reflecting on the achievement, CarnyJared emphasized its significance in his life, thanking his fans and family for their support. "This is a moment that will live with me forever," he said, acknowledging the profound impact of his community and family, who stood by him through the highs and lows of this endeavor.
Describing the FC as the "hardest thing" he's ever done, CarnyJared's celebration was well-earned after such an intense nine-month effort. For those intrigued by this incredible achievement, CarnyJared has promised a detailed "1 hour+" documentary to be released in the coming months, offering a deeper look into his journey.
