⚫︎ Developer Bad Guitar Studio has exciting news for FragPunk fans: the game will launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on April 29. This free-to-play 5v5 hero shooter first hit the PC market via Steam on March 6. Originally planned for a simultaneous console release, the launch was delayed to fine-tune optimizations. The upcoming release promises cross-play functionality across all platforms, enhancing the gaming experience.

⚫︎ FragPunk has rolled out a significant balance update on March 18 without any server downtime. This update includes an increase in overall movement speed and optimized footstep audio effects. Additionally, there are weapon and Lancer ability balancing adjustments, the "Hide your name" option has been disabled to bolster anti-cheat measures, and several gameplay and UI bugs have been fixed.

⚫︎ FragPunk developer Bad Guitar has announced a delay in the game's console release due to "unexpected technical challenges in optimization and adaptation." The issue surfaced during compliance testing for the Xbox and PlayStation versions, leading to a postponement to ensure a seamless experience across platforms.
