When discussing the biggest surprises of the previous year, *Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2* certainly stands out as a delightful shock. Its success has not gone unnoticed, leading Focus Entertainment to unexpectedly announce *Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 3*. So far, fans have been treated to a brief teaser, confirming that the beloved protagonist from the previous games, Demetrian Titus, will be making a return in this highly anticipated sequel.
Saber Interactive, the studio behind the phenomenal success of *Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2*, is once again at the helm of development for the third installment. While specific details about *Space Marine 3* remain under wraps for now, with promises of more information coming at the appropriate time, *Space Marine 2* continues to receive robust support. Players can look forward to new co-op missions, a thrilling horde mode, and additional content planned for release throughout the year.
In addition to *Space Marine 3*, Saber Interactive is busy with a range of exciting projects. They are currently developing an action game set in the enchanting world of *Dungeons & Dragons*, which will feature a wave-based monster system reminiscent of *Space Marine 2*. Another project on their roster is *Turok: Origins*, promising intense battles against dinosaurs.
It's remarkable to note that *Space Marine 2* was released in September 2024, just six months ago. In this brief period, the brutal action game has already captivated over five million players, showcasing its widespread appeal and the strong demand for more in the series.
