Gameplay Details:

Each player receives 8 cards; remaining cards form the draw pile. The top card starts the discard pile. On your turn, play a card matching the discard pile's top card (color, number, or power). If unable to play, draw a card. Then, pass your turn.

Stacking Rule: +2 and +2 WILD cards can be stacked to increase the next player's penalty. However, you cannot play a +2 on a +2 WILD.

The first player to discard all their cards wins the round. The game concludes when a player reaches a predetermined score.
