The first wave of the new Nvidia GeForce RTX 50 series video cards launched today, and they sold out almost immediately. If you missed out on the chance to snag an RTX 5090 or 5080 at their original prices, you might have to shell out over $6,000 on the resale market. Your best alternative is to opt for a prebuilt gaming PC featuring one of these in-demand graphics cards. Although Amazon was a bit late to the game, gaming PCs equipped with the Blackwell architecture are now beginning to appear.

RTX 5080 and 5090 GPUs Are Sold Out Everywhere

The initial batch of Nvidia GeForce RTX 50-series graphics cards went up for preorder this morning and sold out within the first hour. The first to be released were the top-tier RTX 5090 and RTX 5080. The mid-range RTX 5070 and 5070 Ti cards are scheduled for release later in February.

Unfortunately, the same rapid sell-out scenario applies to prebuilt gaming PCs equipped with these new GPUs. Several systems were listed today, some even a day early, but they're already out of stock.
