Exciting news for Animal Crossing fans! After the announcement of the shutdown of its online version, Nintendo has revealed the release date for the much-anticipated offline version of the game. Mark your calendars for December 3rd, as Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete will be available on Android devices.
The current free-to-play version of Pocket Camp will officially close its doors on November 29th. The new offline version, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, promises a reimagined experience. It's a one-time purchase, available at a special introductory price of $9.99 until January 31st, 2025. After that, the price will increase to $19.99.
As the name suggests, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete will be a comprehensive package, including all the seasonal items, events, and content accumulated since the game's launch in 2017. Players will still enjoy setting up their dream campsite with over 10,000 items to choose from.
Absolutely! One of the exciting new features is the ability to create your own Camper Cards. These are personalized trading cards that let you showcase your unique style. You can select a pose, choose a color, and even exchange cards with other players. To get a glimpse of this feature, check out the latest trailer below.
Another new addition is Whistle Pass, a hangout spot where you can gather with your Camper Card friends and enjoy guitar jams under the stars. Additionally, Nintendo has made it possible to transfer your existing Pocket Camp save data to the new version, with a deadline of June 2nd, 2025.
While Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete will primarily be an offline game, it will require occasional internet checks to verify time and account information. Rest assured, all the beloved seasonal events, from Halloween to summer festivals, will be included.
Are you excited about the launch of Pocket Camp Complete? If you want to make the most of the remaining time with the current version, you can still download Pocket Camp from the Google Play Store.
