"Apple Officially Renews Severance for Season 3"

Apple has officially greenlit a third season of the hit sci-fi psychological thriller, Severance, created by Ben Stiller and Dan Erickson. According to Apple's official description, Severance follows Mark Scout (played by Scott), who leads a team at Lumon Industries. The employees there have undergone a severance procedure that surgically divides their memories between their work and personal lives. This bold experiment in 'work-life balance' is put to the test as Mark uncovers a mystery that challenges his understanding of his work and self. Stiller noted, “No, the plan is not to [wait three years]. Definitely not. Hopefully, we’ll be announcing what the plan is very soon. That will not be that!” He attributed the previous delay to a writers' and actors' strike and the extensive shooting and editing process for Season 2, which lasted 186 days.
