Apple Watch Series 10: Now Under $300!

by Elijah May 14,2025

Amazon is currently offering the Apple Watch Series 10 in a 42mm model for just $299 and the 46mm model for $329. These prices are even better than those seen during Black Friday. If you own an iPhone, the Apple Watch stands out as the premier smartwatch choice. Not only does it offer a stylish design and superior build quality, but it also excels as both a fitness tracker and a smartwatch, seamlessly integrating with your iPhone in a way that no other watch brand can match.

Apple Watch Series 10 (GPS, 42mm)

The Apple Watch Series 10, priced from $299, represents the latest mainstream model from Apple. With the Apple Watch Series 11 not expected until September, the Series 10 brings significant improvements over its predecessor, the Series 9. These enhancements include a larger OLED Retina display, a new S10 processor that's slimmer (though not faster), a slightly larger base model size of 42mm compared to the 41mm of the Series 9, and additional features like a water depth gauge. While these updates might not justify an upgrade for current Series 9 owners, for those new to the Apple Watch, the Series 10 is undoubtedly the best option.

When compared to the Apple Watch SE, the Series 10 offers a larger 42mm case size versus the SE's 40mm, a bigger display with Always-On functionality, a processor that's 30% more powerful, double the storage, advanced fitness and body monitoring sensors, double-tap gesture support, and faster charging. Although the Apple Watch SE is currently available for $199 on Amazon, the upgrades in the Series 10 are compelling enough to justify the investment for most users.

Can You Use an Apple Watch with Android Phones?

While it is technically feasible to pair an Apple Watch with an Android phone, we advise against it. Apple designed the Apple Watch to work optimally with iOS, meaning many of its features require an iPhone. Although some workarounds exist, they can be cumbersome. If you're determined to use an Apple Watch, consider purchasing an iPhone first. For those content with their Android device, numerous Android-compatible smartwatches offer a more suitable alternative.
