Training Stimulants are a unique item in Atomfall that can unlock a variety of skill upgrades for your character. They are easily identifiable by their B.A.R.D label on the container lid and are scattered throughout the game's regions, including The Interchange. These stimulants can often be found inside large yellow B.A.R.D crates, which also contain other useful supplies. Occasionally, you might stumble upon more than one stimulant at a single location, and the best part is they don't occupy inventory space.
The game offers four skill categories: Ranged Combat, Melee Combat, Survival, and Conditioning. Ranged and Melee Combat skills enhance your proficiency with different types of weaponry. Survival skills are focused on gathering items and disarming traps, while Conditioning skills bolster your physical resilience, such as increasing your health bar and improving heart rate recovery.
Unlocking most skill upgrades requires multiple Training Stimulants, encouraging thorough exploration. To access higher tiers within each skill category, you'll also need to find Mastery Manuals. Remember to use your Training Stimulants wisely, as your choices are permanent.
Below, you'll find a detailed list of all the Training Stimulants currently discovered in Atomfall, organized by the game's main regions and The Interchange. We'll continue to update this list as new stimulants are found.
