Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations.

After the initial chaos, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucinatory effects of the gas). Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room. More zombies await.

A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination upon approach. Before engaging, collect armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook from the surrounding area. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Next, acquire the Green Card from the Administration Facility. Grapple to the facility from the security desk. Answer the ringing phone. Locate and place four documents in the file display area.

Manequins will pursue; maintain distance by sprinting. Document locations: a desk in the corner, near a round table, on a small center table, and in the cafe near a sink. After placing the documents, grapple a red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat it to obtain the Green Card.

Securing the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate camera stands surrounding a glass chamber containing the Blue Card. A mimic will spawn; lure it out by shooting moving objects and eliminate it to get the Blue Card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Follow the red carpets in the East Wing to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through a red tunnel, and climb ladders. Eliminate zombies and unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code. Activate a timer and turn three drain switches within 25 seconds. Defeat the Mangler and its horde to claim the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Return to the security desk and insert all four cards. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone, triggering a final encounter with numerous zombies and the Disciple. The mission concludes with a hallucinatory sequence.
