All Oni Masks & How To Use Them

Void Oni Mask

The Void Oni Mask is a top choice, offering excellent mobility. Use the shoot button to throw a Void Tear, then aim and use the aim button while equipped to teleport to its location. The Epic variant has 15 uses and a 5-second cooldown; the Mythic version boasts 50 uses.

Fire Oni Mask

Unlike the Void Oni Mask, the Fire Oni Mask focuses on damage. Press the fire button to launch a guided flame projectile dealing 100 damage. It can hit multiple closely grouped opponents. The Fire Oni Mask has 8 uses with an 8-second cooldown; the Mythic variant offers 16 uses.

How To Get Oni Masks in Fortnite

Searching Elemental Chests

The easiest way to get Oni Masks is by looting Elemental Chests. These chests guarantee an elemental item, including Oni Masks and Boons. Both Void and Fire Oni Masks can drop, though it requires luck. Named POIs offer the best chances of finding them.

Defeating Demon Warriors

Defeating Demon Warriors, marked by Oni Mask icons on the map, can also yield Oni Masks (Void or Fire, depending on what they wield). They might also drop Typhoon Blades and Boons.

Searching Chests

While less reliable, standard chests offer a chance to find Epic rarity Void and Fire Oni Masks.

Purchase From Daigo

Unlike chance-based methods, Daigo at Masked Meadows sells both Oni Masks for Gold Bars after completing his Mask Expertise Quests.

Loot From Daigon's Hidden Workshop

Skip the quests! Daigo's hidden workshop (below the building on the north side of Masked Meadows) contains a machine that drops both Oni Masks.

Defeating Bosses (Mythic Oni Masks Only)

For Mythic Oni Masks, defeat Night Rose (Demon's Dojo) for the Mythic Void Oni Mask, or Shogun X (Shogun's Arena) for the Mythic Fire Oni Mask. They function identically to their Epic counterparts, but with more uses.
