Free Fire's Winterlands 2024 update brings the chill with new features! This snowy season update introduces Koda, a new character with unique abilities, enhanced movement mechanics, and seasonal events.
Koda, an arctic native, utilizes a mystical fox mask granting him Aurora Vision. This ability allows him to detect enemies hidden behind cover (excluding crouching or prone enemies) and highlights enemy locations during parachuting.
The standout addition is Frosty Tracks – ice rails enabling rapid movement while shooting, turning, or using throwables. Strategically placed Coin Machines along these tracks reward players with 100 FF coins, collectible even while gliding. Frosty Tracks appear in both Battle Royale and Clash Squad modes.
Aurora Events further enhance the winter experience. Battle Royale features aurora-affected Coin Machines, while Clash Squad offers aurora-affected Supply Gadgets. Interacting with these items completes event quests, providing team-wide buffs.
